Let's Save The Animals and Mother Nature

The Natural World

The natural world is the part of the world around you which is not made by people. Animals and Nature tells you about many of billions of animals and plants that make their homes in the oceans and on land. It explains how they are adapted to their habitats, how they are alike and how they are different. And also it tells about the earth, and what happens on it, underground and under sea, and in the Sky above it.

Animal Groups

Some animals have soft fur on their bodies. Others have prickles, scales, or slick, wet skin. there are animals that dig, climb, hop, run, swim, or fly. Scientists have put animals into groups to make it easier to study them. Mammals, birds, reptiles, and fish have backbones to give their badies strength. These animal groups are known as vertebrates. many small creatures, such as insects, have no backbones and are called invertebrates.

Nature at Work

Mountains, deserts, and forests are part of the natural world. So are fresh water rivers and lakes, and salt water oceans. Animals and Nature tells you how these natural things are formed and how the weather shapes and changes them.
